Hello from Siem Reap, Cambodia!
My name is Pilu, which comes from the name of my puppy when I was a little boy. I speak and write English and Mandarin quite well, in addition to my native language of Khmer. I am a professional, licensed tour guide. I must tell you, I always have great fun showing my clients to the many wonders of Angkor such as; the hidden treasures of the archeological park, the river of a thousand lingas (phalluses), the stunningly beautiful waterfall where many local guys go to swim, the interesting life style of the floating villages, the newly discovered jungle temple of Beng Melea and the amazing city of Angkor Thom. Having worked for a travel agency for many years, I have also been lucky enough to travel around Asia. During my time travelling I enjoyed experiencing other cultures and meeting new people. I like learning about other cultures and sharing my own Cambodian culture with you. I hope to show you my country soon.

  • To local markets and shops ( we do not go to tourist traps or “commission shops”)

Guide Fee
  • Inside Angkor archeological park (max 8 hours): $25
  • Full day in Siem Reap or vicinity (max 8 hours): $25
  • Half day or evening tour in Siem Reap or vicinity (max 4 hours): $20


Transportation Costs
  • Each costs are including petrol and a driver
  • Motorbike to Angkor or in and around Siem Reap:$10
  • Tuk tuk to Angkor or in and around Siem Reap:$15
  • Aircon car to Angkor or in and around Siem Reap: $25
  • Aircon car to Preah kan, Bentei Srei, Tonle sap or out of Siem Reap:+$10
  • Aircon car to Beng Melea, Kbal spean, Phnom Kulen: +$30
  • Aircon car to Battambong or Koh Ker: please inquire
Payment Terms
  • Please pay for the guide and transportation costs at the start of the day
Additional Costs (customers to pay-as-you-go)
  • All admission fees (Angkor Pass, museum, Phnom Kulen, Beng Melea, etc.)
  • Tips (If your guide and driver have done a good job they would appreciate a tip. Average tip would be $10 for the guide and $5 for the driver per day. )
